Throughout the customization process, we will provide renderings of your proposed design and how it might look in your space. Additionally, we can create a small sample to test new colors or materials. Typically, weaving a custom rug takes about two to three months, though larger or more complex commissions may require additional time. This wait is minimal compared to the decades of beauty and durability your custom piece will bring.
Each Beni Ouarain rug is crafted from 100% wool and hand-knotted, featuring elegant black diamonds on an ivory base. All rugs are entirely handwoven, then washed and dried in the fresh mountain air. The lead time for production is generally 12 to 16 weeks, with larger rugs measuring 270 x 360 cm or more possibly requiring additional time. Traditional Moroccan rugs typically feature tassels on one side, which you can choose to add or remove according to your preference. Tassel length usually ranges from 4 to 6 cm.

If the stain was caused by liquid, act quickly to prevent from drying – use paper towels to absorb. When in doubt, professional dry cleaning is always going to be your best bet.
